Cambridge Circus, London

The fit-out of this existing restaurant in the centre of the city involved the extensive alteration to the interior in addition to the refurbishment of the Cambridge Circus shopfront and elevations to Shaftesbury Avenue and Charing Cross Road, within the Seven Dials Conservation Area.

The application of the McDonald's corporate identity involved the retention of the existing marble columns, redecoration of fascia board and freize , and introduction of new full height windows and new automated sliding doors.

This restaurant includes the Transporter Kitchen; a paternoster lift used to deliver food from the kitchen from a lower floor, the first in the UK.
