Cowdray Avenue, Colchester

 

Located within easy reach of the A12 and Colchester town centre.  This project for Premier Inn was a part of their development programme for twenty bed hotels developed in the grounds of existing restaurant facilities.  The proposal was based on the brands standard timber frame building which we were instrumental in developing.
