Former Pebble Mill, Edgbaston

 

Currently under construction, this is the second home designed by Scurr for Bupa. Although the home is a single building, a smaller dementia nursing care wing located on the second floor has been formed to operate as a separate function to that of the main home, dedicated dayspaces and library seeking to form an independent community.

The design evolution included a living wall facade system and second floor external terrace for resident activities, including gardening.
