Nazareth House, Glasgow

 

The first phase of a comprehensive redevelopment of the site was completed in 2015.  The brand new 60 bedroom two storey care home replaced existing outdated facilities and included the central services building for the whole site.

 

Nazareth House is a Victorian listed ecclesiastical building and chapel with more recent residential additions, set in 2.6 acres of landscaped grounds near to the centre of Glasgow.

Architectural features from Nazareth House, such as stone pediments, columns and buttresses were re-interpreted into the design of the new care home
