Nazareth House, Birkenhead

 

Scurr produced several feasibility options for the refurbishment of the existing convent and care home in order to upgrade the facilities to current standards.

Proposals included the creation of an additional residential wing to increase accommodation from 48 bedrooms to at least 80 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, together with a new secure courtyard garden and additional communal and support facilities.
