The project to carry out a comprehensive refurbishment of the gym and develop a new studio was carried out in conjunction with the client and their supporting consultancy team.  The project was let as a Design and Build Contract and Scurrs were novated to the main contractor.

 

Acting as Lead Consultant we provided architectural, interior design and specialist visualisation services to help with this prestigious and successful development and upgrade of this David Lloyd facility.
