Scurrs assisted Laing Homes, North Home Counties division with the redevelopment of the former Leica Camera factory adjacent to the railway line.

 

The classic brick was for a structure of apartments and town houses utilising timber frame, and clad in brickwork and coloured panels of painted render.  The design incorporated terraces and balconies to provide external amenity space to the dwellings.
