High Street, Stevenage

 

Following grant of planning consent Scurrs were commissioned to review the proposals and carry out optimisation to develop 15 apartments and 9 houses.  This proposal consisted of 4 flat types and 3 house types.

 

The houses and apartments were of timber frame construction with a brickwork outer leaf.

 

Acting as Lead Consultant we co-ordinated designs produced by other specialists including civil engineering and timber frame specialists.
