An extant consent had lapsed for the redevelopment of this exclusive site (on the opposite bank of the Thames to Hampton Court Palace) when Scurr Architects were appointed to provide feasibility services for Caring Homes before its aquisition.

Further design was carried out and subsequently a planning submission was made for the extension and refurbishment of the existing, vacant care home building through detailed consultation with the local community.
