Scurrs won the contract for architecture and design services to assist Explore Living with the redevelopment of the former Ryarsh Brickworks in Kent.

 

The brief was to create 91 residential units on the site together with limited commercial property.  The task included master planning and streetscape design as well as individual houses and apartment design.
