A new model restaurant was commissioned to fit on smaller sites whilst maintaining the key operation elements. The outcome was a building that uses a specially designed kitchen yet still achieves 90 customer seats and a great customer experience. This stunning new model building has unlocked the potential for many other small sites to be developed throughout the country.
